Added ingame voice radio
Moved to TextChatService
New phone
🛠 Improvements:
Adjusted lighting
Overhauled intersection in front of LAPD
Added more stop signs and stop text on the roadways
Locked LA tower
Move acid seller to the balcony of the Casino
Removed directional LED signs in favor of more realistic two-way signage on North & South Willowbrook Avenue
Fixed broken traffic light near car wash
Removed the raising/lowering gates outside of the LAPD garage
