  1. Why do you want to join the Mountain Interactive Staff Team?
    I want to join the staff team for many reasons, one of which is that the staff team seems really cool and fun to hang out with, second reason is i want to stop the rdming and frping issue the amount of times i’ve been rdmed and people bluntly frping and there’s almost no staff in any of the servers I’m i am sick of it i want to change that. Third reason kind of calls back to “almost no staff in any of the servers im in” Which is factual i join servers there will be staff for about 1-2 hours then they leave when ever they do it sets the server up for death people will start rdming and it wont get stopped people will constantly break rules, like Just today i was sitting at a red light as RPD and someone walked up opened my door and killed me i never had any rp instances with him (thanks to the lovely staff team member that banned him) as of writing this i want to join the staff team to stop the frp,rdming issue and i will never act out and or admin abuse i want to personally Thank the staff team and for what they do to stop they do.

  2. What skills or qualities do you have that would make you a valuable member of the staff team?
    My skills or qualities that would make me a valuable member of the staff team are that I am very relaxed and I do not just go off of what one person says. If someone tells me something, I need proof in order to believe it, and I am not afraid to ask for that proof. Which in itself, I’m forced to do; I can identify what’s RDM and what’s not because I was the co-owner and head of staff of a few FiveM servers (now shutdown).

  3. Have you been involved in any other communities or teams? If so, please list them and describe your role:
    No, Not at all Roleplay wise, LARP wise yeah definitely not sure if you wanna count Roblox Pmc’s but yeah im an active captain 4th highest rank im a lead of a subdivision called HWB (Heavy Weapons Brigade)
    I am the alpha squadron leader well the second leader of alpha. so basically i can host training host deployments and all of that sorts i can demote or promote some one i supervise all the lower ranks.

  4. How would you handle a conflict between two community members?
    If there is conflict between two community members, I will use a few steps: 1. I would stop both of them and address them at once. 2. I will ask for the reasoning behind their dispute, and if their dispute was something that can be easily solved then I will help them solve it. 3. I will tell both of them to stop and I will warn both of them if they continue. However, this is not a personal threat.

  5. Describe a time you had to solve a difficult problem in a leadership or team role:
    If I do have a difficult problem, I will quickly try to combine everyone's ideas to solve it.

  6. How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple responsibilities?
    I deal with what may take the longest time first and get the shortest time taking project or thing last it helps me think of things way easer and im really good with time management i just need to know how long it will take roughly and keep that in mind.

  7. What do you think is the most important value for a Mountain Interactive Staff member to uphold, and why?
    I think it is important to keep calm under high-stress situations and to handle anger management. The reason I believe that to be a strong value is so people don't act out in anger, as in like banning or kicking someone because they were annoying you. I've personally never had that happen, but ego trips are very real, along with power trips.

  8. How would you support and encourage new members of the community?
    Being nice to them is a key part of that. members when i joined were very nice and helped out with any questions i had, i will continue to pass this on as some staff members are not that nice.
    The steps i will use will most likely be saying hello and helping with any questions with either given commands in comms, or with what i know.

  9. What are your long-term goals, and how does being part of Mountain Interactive align with them?
    One goal of mine is to get at bare minimum of snr admin or just admin. As long as i keep doing good and i don’t mess around and don’t get striked from the staff team i can get there i just need to pass this application. Second goal of mine is to join the development/testers group I love the new things always coming out id love to test them for bugs/glitches. I’ve done that sort of work in the past, so id love to do that here.

  10. Are there any areas within the community you feel need improvement? If so, what ideas do you have to address them?
    My application to become a staff member includes addressing some improvements needed in the Mountain Interactive community. One point of improvement is with the ladder truck that is currently broken. You can even ask @Tylerdunk101305, the chief. Another improvement would be to add automated fires besides the car fires that are already in place. I would love to go on an actual house fire that is not influenced by staff, since it would take work out of the staff team’s hands.
