  1. Why do you want to join the Mountain Interactive Staff Team?
    I want to join the staff team for many reasons, one of which is that the staff team seems really cool and fun to hang out with, second reason is i want to stop the rdming and frping issue the amount of times i’ve been rdmed and people bluntly frping and there’s almost no staff in any of the servers I’m i am sick of it i want to change that. Third reason kind of calls back to “almost no staff in any of the servers im in” Which is factual i join servers there will be staff for about 1-2 hours then they leave when ever they do it sets the server up for death people will start rdming and it wont get stopped people will constantly break rules, like Just today i was sitting at a red light as RPD and someone walked up opened my door and killed me i never had any rp instances with him (thanks to the lovely staff team member that banned him) as of writing this i want to join the staff team to stop the frp,rdming issue and i will never act out and or admin abuse i want to personally Thank the staff team and for what they do to stop they do.

    I’m very relaxed and i don’t just go off of what one person says i need proof to believe them.

    Tell them to stop or i will warn both of them. (someone has done this before to me but i didn’t continue)

  5. Describe a time you had to solve a difficult problem in a leadership or team role:
    I cant remember any times i had a difficult problem but usually it gets handled very quickly with combining the ideas. if in that sense your talking about.

  6. How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple responsibilities?
    I deal with what may take the longest time first and get the shortest time taking project or thing last it helps me think of things way easer and im really good with time management i just need to know how long it will take roughly and keep that in mind.

  7. What do you think is the most important value for a Mountain Interactive Staff member to uphold, and why?
    To keep calm under high stress situations and to handle anger management as you don’t want to act out and get removed from the team or striked cause you decided to get too mad and acted out, i personally is really good with that.

  8. How would you support and encourage new members of the community?
    Being nice to them is a key part of that members when i joined were very nice and helped out with any questions i had i will continue to pass this on as some staff members are not that nice.

  9. What are your long-term goals, and how does being part of Mountain Interactive align with them?
    One goal of mine is to get at bare minimum of snr admin or just admin. As long as i keep doing good and i don’t mess around and don’t get striked from the staff team i can get there i just need to pass this application.

  10. Are there any areas within the community you feel need improvement? If so, what ideas do you have to address them?
    Hmm LAFD im currently a FF1 In lafd and there’s many issues ill list 2 one of them is the ladder truck is broken, consult to the chief ( @Tylerdunk101305 ) about it he will tell you And the other is that you cant see the other is there’s no automatic fires only car fires which i want to actually go out to a house and put out a fire, that isn’t influenced by staff. (takes more work out for staff)

Good application, minor grammar mistakes but some of your answers feel short answered and could of been expanded and had more detail added to them.
