Ban Appeal

Appealing In-Game Name: GamingFu1give
Appealing Discord ID: WheresSwazzy

Ban Length: Permanent
Moderating Staff Member: dom.o23#
What game did the ban take place in?: Perris, California

Date: January 11, 2025

got banned, but I don’t really understand why. I’ve only had two warnings in the past, and those were a long time ago. In this situation, I accidentally hit an admin’s car while I was responding to a scene. I didn’t mean to cause any problem I was just trying to do my role. I’m not sure why I was accused of "failure to roleplay" because I have clips showing that I was roleplaying the whole time. And the "abuse of teams" part is confusing too. I was wearing tactical gear because of a hostage situation that happened about 20 minutes before, but I switched to undercover (UC) gear after. I wasn’t using my team to avoid getting pulled over if the cops wanted to pull me over, they could’ve done it since I was on a civilian team. I just want to clear this up and ask for a review of my ban. If you need any more info from me, I’m happy to help. i will work on my driving and try to calm down on the roads
