Why I Should Be Unbanned:

The reason that I shot the driver of the car was that he had killed officers previously, and that I was in immediate fear of my life. California can be laggy at times, and for the first few seconds the car was driving towards me. I thought that I would be ran over. In the clip you can see I am still facing where the car originally was when I shot, which is further proof that it was lag.
