Why I Should Be Unbanned: I should be unbanned because this whole situation was started by the LAPD Supervisor did not drive with due regard by failing to clear the intersection as we had code 3 lights and our sirens on while the traffic light was green giving us the right away, as seen by the video of evidence. The LAPD Supervisor instead of roleplaying the crash instead escalated the situation by getting out and commanding us to “Step out right now”. In the second clip, it seems that we are running from law enforcement but this is simply not true, in our voice call we both agreed to simply void it since it was obviously clear that the LAPD Supervisor had no intention to roleplay the crash so to deescalate we decided that the best course of action would be to simply void it, after that the driver (repsgrund) decided we were going to pick a new patrol car so we did, mind you we both are not whitelisted and were not connected to the Teamspeak server at the time. While being put into the moderation jail I asked the moderator to explain why we are boxed, we were informed that apparently that Supervisor initiated a chase on us, we would only learn this as of when the Moderator told us as well as viewing the second video. I believe this ban is a complete misunderstanding and that both of us in this situation are at fault because me and repsgrund were not connected to Teamspeak as we were later informed by the Moderator that it was required, but it is also the LAPD Supervisors as stated earlier. Also to mention, the Moderator explained to me that I was being banned because when repsgrund spawned a new vehicle I got inside and was his passenger and as I tried to explain to the Moderator that neither of us had Teamspeak connected to at the time so we would have never known if we were being chased by law enforcement I was interrupted and told that I should have had it and was told that he is not going to argue with me and to appeal on the forums then proceeded to carry out with the bans. Therefor, I believe that this is a complete misunderstanding of the situation and that I was unaware that we both were in the wrong.
