  1. Why do you want to join the Mountain Interactive Staff Team?
Your idea the both games (Los Angeles and Perris California) inspired me to help, so I'd want to join the Mountain Interactive Staff Team. My professional objectives align with this chance to become a part of a this team. Because I played a lot of the game, I'm curious to see what it's like to be a staff member. I think I’d be a good fit because I’m friendly, hardworking, and I really enjoy working with others. I like being part of a team and helping out wherever I can. It would be awesome to have the chance to learn from experienced people and grow into developing also I'm a fast learner and helping the team reach its goals would be a dream come true. This would be a great way for me to give back to a game I’ve had so much fun with. I’d love to contribute and make a difference as part of the staff team. Plus, I’m really curious to see what it’s like behind the scenes and to help out anyone in any way I can! If I get accepted I will be trying my best to get active, show dedication, professionalism and my skills for higher ranks. In a month or two, I would see myself contributing and making much process.

  2. What skills or qualities do you have that would make you a valuable member of the staff team?
I am an asset to any staff team because I have a wide variety of abilities and traits. Above all, my skills I am a good staff team guy that values cooperation and respect for one another in order to accomplish shared goals I am also very kind to people and I will also like to give a second chance but not all the time. I'm very responsible, I know how to manage things, I understand the importance of rules and I never breaked one of them, and I am very respectful.

  3. Have you been involved in any other communities or teams? If so, please list them and describe your role:
Yes, I have been involved in a community and this have helped me with my skills essential for a moderator role. In HighField City Police Department, where I was a "Moderator". In this role, I was responsible for monitoring chat activity, telling people the community rules, and making sure all members are talking respectfully. I successfully handled multiple conflict resolution situations, demonstration professionalism.

  4. How would you handle a conflict between two community members?
When handling a conflict between two community members, I would first speak to both individuals to see their perspectives. After gathering the facts, I will be going to look at the chat logs, then I will be asking both for a clip or proof to see if any rules were violated. After seeing clips or proof I will be going to moderate them (if there was on clip proof enough), but first I will be looking into their record and then moderate on the specific ruled broken.

  5. Describe a time you had to solve a difficult problem in a leadership or team role:
Now some few months I think 2-3 some guys were arguing to the a server and they made a plan to raid it. I saw in the first second, then I tried to report them, but I wasn’t even able to press a button and somehow I reported all of them to discord and then permanently banned them from the server.

  6. How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple responsibilities?
First I will look into them and look for the difficult ones and make them first. If I don’t have enough for the rest I will be making myself enough time (few hours) and do the rest.

  7. What do you think is the most important value for a Mountain Interactive Staff member to uphold, and why?
The most important value for a Mountain Interactive Staff Member is to be patient and listen to your higher ranks. I think you may get terminated if you aren’t patient enough and not listen to your superiors. Because superiors are higher rank than you and you must listen to their commands so you won’t get terminated.

  8. How would you support and encourage new members of the community?
First will be, Greet and Welcome: When a new member joins, I would immediately with a friendly welcome, introduce myself, and ask if they need any help. I will tell them to look into our rules, information, we have got a website if he is interested to join.

  9. What are your long-term goals, and how does being part of Mountain Interactive align with them?
My long-term goals is to contribute to a high-quality roleplay game community, and I’ve found that Mountain Interactive offers the best roleplay experience I’ve seen. I can have a change to become a moderator in a game that has very good updates and developers and my second goal is to be a moderator or higher in a roleplay game which aligns perfectly with Mountain Interactive. Being part of this team would allow me to help players, they will have a good roleplay experience. This role is going to complete my second goal and to develop my moderation skills further. I will be still continuing to play the game.

  10. Are there any areas within the community you feel need improvement? If so, what ideas do you have to address them?
