My Ban Appeal

Appealing Roblox Username: Mayer5546
Appealing Discord ID: 1309292892677738570

Ban Length: 1 day, 20 hours, 6 minutes
Moderating Staff Member: bubiiop
What game did the ban take place in?: Perris, California

Ban Reason: RDM https://imgur.com/a/perris-ban-appeal-ss-uuJ65AA
Why I Should Be Unbanned: He was code 3ing down the road and made a u turn and pulled me over when I was going the speed limit, following all laws. I shot him because he made the U turn and pulled me over for no reason + he wouldn’t get me a supervisor, so isn’t that FRP? I also believe there was a supervisor online but he didn’t want to get one. Anyways, in my perspective and I believe you have the final say on everything but I want to tell you that I don’t think it was RDM due to him not requesting a supervisor because I explained to him that I am required to get one on the scene by law if I request. Also, he could’ve got a department that oversees him such as FBI Police, RPD, or USMS easily. If you decide not to unban me, it is fine but I’m just trying to explain the full situation.

This is adding on to @wesam who told me to make another ban appeal following this.

Report Status: REJECTED

Dear @Kimberly Smith ,

Thank you for your appeal regarding your recent ban from Mountain Interactive. After careful review, we regret to inform you that your appeal has been rejected. The reason for this decision is as follows:

Reason: Unfortunately, failing to get a supervisor or a second department is not grounds to kill him nor is him flipping a u-turn in front of you. There were other ways to go about the RP scene and therefore the RDM does apply. If you feel as though someone is committing a violation, such as FRP or VDM, please use the !help command and get assistance from Staff rather than doing something that could get you in trouble.

We encourage you to reflect on our community guidelines to ensure a positive experience in the future. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out.

Best regards,
The Volunteer Moderation Team
