Give us an Incident Description: After cuffing the suspect due to him dying after NLR (he was wanted in the previous life but died), I told him to leave him alone, in which I uncuffed him. He then cuffed him again and then uncuffed him, before the sheriff randomly fires bullets into the man and aims his gun at me, before me and the other sheriff fire at him.
