Give us an Incident Description: Following a pursuit that was called out on the radio, I apprehended an individual for felony speeding and evasion. During the investigation of this suspect, an RCSO deputy told me to transfer custody. I did not however because I had made the arrest and had no reason to transfer this custody over. Upon attempting to book this suspect, the RCSO deputy decided to kill him so I could not arrest him. I respawned and went to confront the deputy about his actions. This resulted in him abusing his tools by cuffing me and after several times telling him to uncuff me, he did not.

How long do you think the player be punished for: Several days, if not a perm ban. This individual has had many incidents similar to this before
