1. Why do you want to join the Mountain Interactive Staff Team?
   I just wanted to give it a shot and I just want to help out and make it a better and safer place for every player in Mountain Interactive could have. And, It’s always been my dream to always work for Mountain Interactive and I promise to try my best to help others and make things more fun and playable for everyone. I want to work together with the team to make Mountain Interactive an nice place for everyone to play and enjoy.

2. What skills or qualities do you have that would make you a valuable member of the staff team?
   If I become apart of the team I would show that I have hardworking skills and show that I have the value in helping others, solving problems, and keeping the community safe. For example, I handled situations like assisting players with questions, resolving conflicts, and ensuring that everyone followed the rules.

   One of my best qualities is being approachable and patient. I’m also good at staying calm in difficult situations, which is important for maintaining a professionalism

   If I get accepted to the I understand it would take some time to understand the responsibilities, and I feel like I’m ready to take them on again. I want to gain the Mountain Interactive experience and time to help make the community better for every player.

4. How would you handle a conflict between two community members?
   If two community members had a conflict, I would stay calm and listen to both sides. I’d remind them of the rules and help them find a fair solution. If they couldn’t stop arguing, I would moderate them for the rule they break or keep an eye on them or solve the issue if they kept breaking the rules.

6. How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple responsibilities?
   If I have lot to do, then I will start doing the first thing I have gotten, like if I got 3 staff calls, then I would start with the first one then move on.

   Fairness. Being fair means treating everyone equally and making sure decisions are unbiased.

8. How would you support and encourage new members of the community?
   First welcome them, and if they need any help with anything then letting them know that I am here to help.

9. What are your long-term goals, and how does being part of Mountain Interactive align with them?

   My goal is to help players and help the fellow moderators solve issues, But more importantly I’ll have fun making the community safe and fun, and also I’ll enjoy being part of Mountain Interactive Staff/Team.
