Give us an Incident Description: so i was doing 10 over the speed limit or something and this dude literally shoots me when i pulled over calmly. i had no intention of shooting him nor did i try to. while yes i did reverse he PULLED A GUN OUT ON ME for going 10 above the speed limit. and i lost my money.
