1. Why do you want to join the Mountain Interactive Staff Team?
   I have been STAFF before on Mountain Interactive, but I left because there were too many changes happening in the STAFF team. It felt overwhelming, and I decided to focus on my real-life goals and dreams instead. Now, I feel like I have more time and energy to give, which I didn’t have before when I left the team. That’s why I decided to come back. I want to help make it a better and safer place for every player the Mountain have. When I was part of the team before, I always tried my best to help others and make things more fun and playable for everyone. I hope I can do that again if I get the chance to be STAFF again. I want to work together with the team to make Mountain Interactive an nice place for everyone to play/enjoy!

2. What skills or qualities do you have that would make you a valuable member of the staff team?
   I have been STAFF before, so I already know how things work and what’s expected of me. During my time on the team, I gained valuable experience in helping others, solving problems, and keeping the community safe. For example, I handled situations like assisting players with questions, resolving conflicts, and ensuring that everyone followed the rules.

   One of my best qualities is being approachable and patient. I’m also good at staying calm in difficult situations, which is important for maintaining a professionalism.

   Because I’ve been STAFF before, I understand the responsibilities, and I’m ready to take them on again. I want to use my experience and time to help make the community better for every player.

4. How would you handle a conflict between two community members?
   If two community members had a conflict, I would stay calm and listen to both sides. I’d remind them of the rules and help them find a fair solution. If they couldn’t stop arguing, I would moderate them for the rule they broke (If they did).

5. Describe a time you had to solve a difficult problem in a leadership or team role:
   Everything has been in MI (Don’t remember.)

6. How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple responsibilities?
   If I have lot to do, then I will start doing the first thing I have gotten, like if I got 3 staff calls, then I would start with the first one then move on.

7. What do you think is the most important value for a Mountain Interactive Staff member to uphold, and why?
   Fairness. Being fair means treating everyone equally and making sure decisions are unbiased.

8. How would you support and encourage new members of the community?
   First welcome them, and if they need any help with anything then letting them know that I am here to help.

9. What are your long-term goals, and how does being part of Mountain Interactive align with them?

   My goal is to help players. I enjoy making the community safe and fun, and being part of Mountain Interactive lets me do that.
