Give us an Incident Description:

I was pulled over for allegedly obstructing traffic. When I stopped, a sheriff's deputy that was behind the CHP officers parked their car directly in front of mine, boxing me in. When they approached my car they ordered me to step out, no wanting any problems I compiled, then the CHP officer cuffed me and shoved me into the back of my car then asking me for my ID. At this point, I asked to speak with a supervisor. The RCSO deputy refused, claiming that they were already a supervisor. Since I know departments like RPD, CHP, and all those that need subscription need to apply to become a supervisor the deputy dismissed my request, saying it wasn’t necessary.

A few moments later, the sheriff's deputy read me my rights, including my right to remain silent. Shortly after that, they asked the CHP officer (which was running my information) to uncuff me, but before anything could happen, things escalated quickly. The sheriff's deputy pepper-sprayed one of the CHP officers to get his attention and then pointed a gun at me for God knows what reason.. I froze, unsure of what was happening.

Eventually, the CHP officers uncuffed me and allowed me to return to my car. As I was sitting there, another CHP officer approached and asked if I had gotten my ID back. When I told him I hadn’t, he went to retrieve it from the other officer. At that point, something was said—though I didn’t catch it clearly—and I decided to exercise my right to remain silent. That’s when things took another turn. The officers suddenly pointed tasers and guns at me again and ordered me to step out of the vehicle. This time, they told me I was being arrested for disturbing the peace. When we arrived at the CHP station they took a extremely long time to book me, and the CHP officer told him to stop whatever he was doing and warned the other trooper that they could be removed from the team. In addition, the RCSO officer said “beat this guy up or something.”, Sadly I couldn’t get the RCSO deputy username.
