First, I miss my old friends who also remain in the staff team. I believe that there are not enough staff members in the GMT zone, which is the main reason why I would like to join so I can counter the rule breakers in almost every time zone. I would also like to enforce Teamspeak more, as I believe many people now fail to follow TeamSpeak rules, which is pretty annoying. I would also like to enforce the discord rules by monitoring the discord pretty often and I would be on it daily to ensure it is a safe environment for everyone. I also feel like LA doesn’t get much staff, which is another reason why I am looking to join the staff team, as I would be able to dedicate hours to both LA and Periss but focusing on LA more. What skills or qualities do you have that would make you a valuable member of the staff team?I am good at keeping the discord safe from scammers and people who are toxic towards others.Have you been involved in any other communities or teams? If so, please list them and describe your role:I was a former staff supervisor for an ERLC private server called Florida State Roleplay. I am a former Moderator for Mountain Interactive Corp and a former moderator for Sleeping Souls. My job when I was a staff supervisor was to make sure my staff members were being professional at all times and not making mistakes. I would be one to dm if someone wanted to report a staff member. How would you handle a conflict between two community members?I would first try and understand why they are fighting. Once I get both sides, I would choose to let them know that fighting is not the right thing and if they want to fight, they should take it to dm’s as other people don’t want to see them fighting. If they both understand, the fight should be stopped respectfully.Describe a time you had to solve a difficult problem in a leadership or team role:As a staff supervisor, I got a report of one of my members saying slurs. Now, as the staff supervisor, I made it really clear to all members that you would be terminated if caught doing so. The staff member in question was also great. He was active, and this is the first report I got on him. I later gathered all the proof, and instead of making my own choice, I chose to speak to some more HR and staff members. After speaking with them, we decided to terminate him.How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple responsibilities?I focus on the priorities while making time for the less important stuff. My primary strategy is to have a note so I can keep everything I have to complete in each section, such as priorities, important, or less important. What do you think is the most important value for a Mountain Interactive Staff member to uphold, and why?A staff member for Mountain Interactive should remain respectful and professional at all times and be eager to help the community. As Mountain Interactive seem to be the best at keeping their staff members polite and professional, the staff team would have a bad image without it.How would you support and encourage new members of the community?I would show them some exciting opportunities within the community, such as being a lawyer and a LAPD officer. I would also show them the website in case they wanted anything. What are your long-term goals, and how does being part of Mountain Interactive align with them?Im looking to rejoin the mountain interactive staff team, as it is really professional, and the strictness would help me when I’m applying for more staff teams. Are there any areas within the community you feel need improvement? If so, what ideas do you have to address them?I don’t no.AgreementBy submitting this application, I confirm that:All information provided is accurate to the best of my knowledge.I understand that any false information may result in immediate disqualification or removal from the staff team.Signature (type your name here):JohnDate:1/3/2025

January 3Jan 3 Author What are your long-term goals, and how does being part of Mountain Interactive align with them?Im looking to rejoin the mountain interactive staff team, as it is really professional, and the strictness would help me when I’m applying for more staff teams. I also feel like the Mountain Interactive staff team can teach me stuff that other staff teams fail to help me with. My main goal is also to be promoted throughout the ranks of the staff team and to be an administrator. Another goal I have is to raise my respect within the community, and the staff team would help me a lot to achieve that goal mainly because I would be assisting people daily.
