Give us an Incident Description: I was stopped near the DMV by Willowisntcute in a gray toyota saying he was being killed by a RCSO deputy everytime he dorve by them, after they did an rp in which he ran. He stated that the female (fodkgfdos) would shoot at him everytime he drove/walked past. this is abuse of tools and the New Life Rule. She would constantly follow him around and kill him for no reqason. At the scene in which she was confronted for doing this. She would begin handcuffing officers for absolutely no reason at all. This resulted in me cuffing her so she wouldnt kill and or cuff anyone else.

What rules / offences did the player break: New Life Rule, Tool Abuse, FRP, RDM.

How long do you think the player be punished for: 2 Days

Time of Occurrence:  3:32 AM, 1-3-2025.
