Perris: Rpd/bpd & jail system

Instead having the metro station down the same road has the main pd, move the metro station across the city and make it substation where we would be able to spawn like how the civs use to have 2 spawn points so would Rpd/bpd.

Make a county jail, where all LEO can have access to book a subject instead of driving back to the stations. This would be more realistic because many departments take suspects to county instead of the station.

I agree with this, but the only issue is we would need Correctional Officers at the jail 24/7. The reason for this is due to possible riots happening in cell blocks, which could happen if there was a chance to do so.
