Ban Reason: Said “Niggas need to fix they website”

Why I Should Be Unbanned: Being banned for saying the N word is quite crazy right? The reason behind me saying what I said was that I bought a subscription on the website and I wasn’t able to log in because the log in screen said there was a error, so I went in the discord and said what I said then I got warned so I said the same thing without the N word and I got banned? So not only was I banned I got my money took by this company. Can this ban be appealed and my money back?

Dear @CaggruJefferson ,

Thank you for your appeal regarding your recent ban from Mountain Interactive. After careful review, we regret to inform you that your appeal has been rejected. The reason for this decision is as follows:

Reason: Ban was valid - the website being down isn’t an excuse for saying racial slurs.

We encourage you to reflect on our community guidelines to ensure a positive experience in the future. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out.
