1. Why do you want to join the Mountain Interactive Staff Team?
   Why do I want to join the staff team, I always admire their work and efforts and I thank them for their time and efforts in keeping our servers and games safe from rule breakers and exploits, My dream is to become one of the staff team and help out the community and enforce rules to those who don’t know, I’m very fair when it comes to moderations with that being said If I ever become one I would start off with reports of in-game and view what is going on and grab some context from both sides and execute them In a timed and efficient way as possible my goal is to handle issues efficiently and effectively.

   Being a staff member would allow me to give back to the community and help create a positive experience for everyone.

2. What skills or qualities do you have that would make you a valuable member of the staff team?

3. I have different time zones which is an advantage when other staff members can not be in-game actively due to their life outside of the screen/device. I have the advantage of moderating quickly and effectively without any form of conflict or worse. An important strength I’ve got is that I am rather flexible in terms of time zone. This gives me the chance to participate in active modding in games especially when other members of the staff may be busy with other things in their own life. I can occupy a position and resolve confrontations so that operations run efficiently and there is no disruption of service. Furthermore, the position requires much expertise that I have accumulated in the moderation field. I have dealt with player reports, staff calls, and conflicts and made sure that I answer them in one way that will keep
   them from fighting while making sure I get to solve the issues as soon as possible.

4. I was a senior admin for Unlocked Productions and I worked with them for 7 months until I got terminated due to reforms, My responsibilities were permanent banning, Appealing, and Dealing with rogue players that ruin the gameplay, My role with them was very professional and I got famous in-game and players started to request me whenever a different staff respond to their calls.

5. How would you handle a conflict between two community members?

   I was a head admin in Unlocked Production where I had 3 arguments regarding the security of the players when they get abused by someone else, I had to resolve it quickly by agreeing to have a person recording everything that was happening in-game, Which worked for a good 5 weeks until the abusing was rarely ever occurred, Ever since most players thank me and giving me positive and emotional feedbacks.

   5. Have you been involved in any other communities or teams? If so, please list them and describe your role:
   I would firstly calm them down and ensure them everything will be resolved fairly, I would get both sides of stories and view them, If they have a video proof I would take my time in viewing every inch regarding it, and I would proceed in talking to them and end their conflict peacefully and effectively where both sides are satisfied. If the situation reaches that point of no turning back and a punishment is to be imposed I shall remain cool-headed and act deliberately. As for me, I would analyze what really happened, and then think about the best solution to this problem and work on it being as professional and unbiased as I could.

7. How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple responsibilities?

   I manage my time in staffing, Playing, and studying. I have a full schedule regarding it however due to the lack of tasks I have I can never perform any of them hence why I applied to MI.

8. What do you think is the most important value for a Mountain Interactive Staff member to uphold, and why?
   professionalism and respect, Manners. These 3 values can never or should be broken or violated in such shape or form, These values represent the game and the staff team as a whole no matter what rank they are or experience.

9. How would you support and encourage new members of the community?
   I would welcome them and remind them to check the law and rules of each game if they wish to so they can avoid any form of moderation or conflict. I will also encourage members and players to install some sort of video software such as Medal or OBS to clip whatever happens in case they get abused or moderated wrongly.

10. What are your long-term goals, and how does being part of Mountain Interactive align with them?
    My long-term goal for MI is to have a safe environment for both public members and private members, Being part of the team will not only encourage others to step in but also to grow much larger than we are.

11. Are there any areas within the community you feel need improvement? If so, what ideas do you have to address them?
    My ideas are very simple, Make a Trello for the laws where members can view them and enforce them in-game rather than abusing and using none non-strusted sources.

Multiple grammar mistakes.

+1 Viper has been active in the community alot, and their timezone can be helpful and benefit for us on the staff team since we don't have many in the timezone.

While reading the application I noticed small grammar mistakes, and you did forget to put your age, name and time zone in which it seems you may of not taken the time to check over your final application to fix any mistakes or to add or remove anything that could make this even better. Also one of your staff references are invalid as ikotball1 is a Senior Moderator and not a Administrator.
