Individual was killed and shot (unlawfully though) by a LAPD officer at a OIS scene. The suspect or individual, then came back for his friend, and began to punch me (Robloxuser_331231) as well as his friend. Breaking NLR, and RDM since there is no previous RP knowledge. Individual has been seen doing this plenty of times as well.

Regardless of the fact, he did it within this specific scenario.
