   I have been banned about 5 months ago for randomly killing 2 civilians, as I thought they had their weapons out. I wanted to apologize because, at the time, I did not realize I had done something wrong. When the Staff Member confronted me, I was mad at first. After reviewing the video footage, I immediately made a ban appeal and apologized for my actions.

1. Why do you want to join the Mountain Interactive Staff Team?
   I want to join the Mountain Interactive Staff Team because I love the game, seriously. I enjoy the roleplay experience in Mountain Interactive more than in any other roleplay game, and that is thanks to the current Staff team. I want to join the staff team because I want to provide every member with a nice and safe roleplay experience. I also want to help members when they have questions or need assistance, whether it be through forums or the new support website. I have been coding for the past 4 months, and now I want to build my resume with moderation experience as well. Additionally, I aspire to become a corporate member or work in a big company like Mountain Interactive someday. I want to make a difference beyond just coding all night long!

2. What skills or qualities do you have that would make you a valuable member of the staff team?

   Being nice is my priority. I would bring a friendly attitude to Mountain Interactive and help members whenever they need assistance. I’m active and ready to provide a fair and enjoyable roleplay experience. I also bring professionalism and motivation to keep the community safe from rule breakers. (I have experience with Python, LuaU, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.)
   

3. Have you been involved in any other communities or teams? If so, please list them and describe your role:
   Not really. My main gioal was to learn programming languages to earn money someday and potentially secure a job as an IT expert.
   

4. How would you handle a conflict between two community members?
   I would greet both members nicely and ask what is going on. After understanding the situation, I would try to solve the problem. However, if they start arguing or using swear words, I would warn them to cease the argument immediately. Failure to comply would result in a punishment depending onn the staff documents. From my side, I would typically go with a 24 hour mute or a warning.
   

5. Describe a time you had to solve a difficult problem in a leadership or team role:
   None so far.
   

6. How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple responsibilities?
   I handle serious issues first, like exploiting or violations of Roblox’s Terms of Service and working as a Team working with your colleagues and etc.
   

7. What do you think is the most important value for a Mountain Interactive Staff member to uphold, and why?
   Profeisonalism, maintain fairnes and a good roleplay experience for everyone, or a safe envirment in discord and roblox. Because it creates a welcoming space where everyone feels secure. When users feel safe, they can enjoy fairness and a good roleplay experience without distractions from inappropriate behavior.
   

8. How would you support and encourage new members of the community?
   I would greet them warmly, ask how they are doing, and explain the rules they should follow while attending Mountain Interactive. I would also answer any of their questions, such as how to get a subscription or what to do if they get banned.
   

9. What are your long-term goals, and how does being part of Mountain Interactive align with them?
   I want to become a Corporate member or developer because I love the community and want to help Mountain Interactive in anyway I can.
   

10. Are there any areas within the community you feel need improvement? If so, what ideas do you have to address them?
    I have an idea, creating a game without subscriptions that offers the same roleplay experience for everyone. Many members can’T afford the high prices, and I would love to contribute to making this suggestion a reality.

Who is “Winneristome” I’m attempting to find him on our staff team but I don’t see him, by chance did he leave at some point?

I’m looking him up and I can’t see anything about him being on our team, also the staff reference I believe has to be from a ACTIVE staff member who is admin +
