I had to make a new username because I don’t know what email I used for the website for my main account. I have emailed the moderation team and they said I was unbanned in the discord and in-game but I never was I would like to be unbanned from both.

Yeah so I was banned and then I emailed the support team and they said I will be unbanned that I got accepted and then they never did and its been 3 months then I found out that they added ban appeals into there website and my main account email for the website idk what I used so i made this account to open a ban appeal and try and fully be unbanned so I can play the game and go back into the discord and stuff.

I am going to transfer to someone with more power.

I was banned for cheating and 2 other things but they said I was going to be unbanned because I did a request in email and they said i was unbanned and stuff but never was
