Give us an Incident Description:well basically what happened is that the user guyvvs started putting handcuffs on me for no reason being a sheriff and he started tasing me for no reason abusing it until he left what the user did was tool abuse

Time of Occurrence: 30/12/2024 at 20:26hs pm i live in argentina so the time might be diferrent in united states or in another country

I only changed the title of the report because I saw that everyone puts the name of the user they report to and this is the first report I have made against someone
