The offender was not a part of any relevant RP scenario and got ontop of the gate at car dealer and shot me randomly as seen on the tape.What rules / offences did the player break: RDM,FRP(Standing on a fence you couldnt stand on irl while shooting)How long do you think the player be punished for: However long deemed appropriate by staff I dont know this players history.Time of Occurrence: 12:19 AM EST 12/29/24Additional members involved/witnessing:
