Warning Reason: RDM
Warning Appeal: It wasn’t RDM. The clip that the moderator provided was from moderator perspective, which did not see the full interaction. I had shot the guy in the Charger because he made a comment towards me after I said “you look stupid” towards both of them, and I didn’t like said comment, so I shot him. Nothing wrong with that. Not to mention, they were revving their engines and stuff, which was my initial reason for running to the top of the parking garage to see what they were doing. None of this was RDM, and the clip literally shows the guy saying another message before the moderator drives off, which was the reason I had shot him.

Thank you for your appeal regarding your recent ban from Mountain Interactive. After careful review, we regret to inform you that your appeal has been rejected. The reason for this decision is as follows:

Reason: You have violated a One Strike Policy that was put into effect on December 14th, 2024 twice since that time. You were banned on December 27, 2024 for FRP and warned on December 29th, 2024 for RDM (this appeal). Due to your existing OSP, your appeal is denied.
