         1. So I would like to join the Mountain Interactive Staff Team, because I have got past experiences on moderation and my dream and goal in this server has been that since I joined. The Staff Team is like my hobby, I do really like to moderate in every single server and this one I think it is gonna be one of the bests that I will moderate. I like to mantain a good community, without any rule broke and a safety community where everyone can be happy and not sad for any other thing like (cyberbullying or anything related as what I said). I really got so many goals to give and so many activity to be in this nice community (Mountain interactive community). I think I am gonna make everyone happy with my job that is the moderation role, which I will protect this server very well. So I also think, that I am gonna be very active and I am also skilled at doing this role. To give you an idea to select better or to make better decisions, I have been accepted in somany servers of RP, countys, hospitals, for example at Victoria County. To let you also know I am gonna add a note at this section: ( Sorry if you see a some grammar lack, I am from Spain and it is a little bit difficult for me to manage very good the grammar, but I got a B1, so I think I am doing very good.)

         2. I think that the things that would make me a valuable member of staff in this community is the high activity that I have in-game and in discord. With this high activity achieved there will not be so many situations to solve because I will be there to solve if someone brakes rule or opens a ticket, or anything else. Also my moderation knowledge is very high too which that makes know more what to do in each situation, how to moderate it. Also, the ability to talk to anyone, it is very important to because if you cant talk in a ticket you can solve a ticket or you can solve any braking of the rules.

         3. Yes how I said in number 1, I have been involved in any other community which is Victoria County. Victoria County hired me as Moderator but for personal things I needed to go, but I am back and now with non-personal situations. Victoria County is a game based on RP, with NLR etc, like this game because it is also like a county game.

         4. Well it depends on the situation but lets say theres harrasment.

         Steps:

         1. I will talk to the person that is harrasing and tell him to stop.

         2. Take proof and do the corresponding punishment. (There are different punishments for different servers).

         3. I will say sorry, for the person that was harrased for the thing that happened.

         4. The situation will be solved.

         5. At Victoria County someone done harrasment and I followed the steps said above (number 4), it was difficult because it wasnt a low-harrasment level it was high, it was a person that harrased so much (a mass harrasment) I permanent banned him following the punishments said at rules and said sorry at general-chat to everyone that got harrased and the problem got solved. It was the most difficult situation to solve. But I did putted all my effort in it.

         6. I do normally take around 15 minutes to manage all the situations and take it calmed if it is not a very high situation for example, if it is something for warn I will take it seriously but not so much as if it is very high the level of the situation. I normally like do an interview about what happened to the victims that are involved in the situation. And then make a decision with also my idea of what happened. So it is easier to investigate the situation.

         7. I think the most important value for a Mountain Interactive Staff member to uphold is the respect and patient, like you need to be patient and respectful with any situation, I mean if there is harrasment you cant say any bad word to the one that is harrasing you need to punish him with any other way, but not talking on a bad way. And patient like if someone doesnt knows something and asks you and you keep telling but doesnt know try to find another way to explain it.

         8. I will support and encourage new members giving them a welcoming and nice greeting so they feel like happy and safe on this community. I also would tell to them what we do in the community and more things that happend.

         9. My long-term goals are to solve so many situations and get a litte promotion because my hard work that I will be doing in case that I get accepted and become a happy moderator. And I think I could achieve it because the Mountain Interactive community is nice and I think they will make me the sufficient happy to solve so many situations, do hard work in order to get a promotion and more things!

         10. I think Mountain Interactive community is nice and do not need any improvement. All is correct for me.

Guys sorry, I am 15 but I put without intention 13. It is because in my keyboard the 3 and 5 are very close and these days normally I fail to put 3 or 5. Like if I want to put 15 I put 13 and If I want to put 13 I put 15.
