Why do you want to join the Mountain Interactive Staff Team?

I would like to join Mountain Interactive Staff team cause I feel like it's the place of fun and realistic roleplay, and I love it! My motivation is holding me together always, and its the support ( motivation) that mountain interactive staff shows towards community members, etc. I am excited to join Mountain Interactive Staff team cause I feel like it's worth a try and it will be fun/engaging. I see my self contributing this community by actively (80) being in the game and moderating.

I'm actually doing this application at night cause why not. I am also good at spelling, punctuation and grammar which makes me outstand other precipitants of the moderator application. I am trying my best to support/help other staff members and I will continue trying and never give up. Being a part of Mountain Interactive Staff team is like a dream. Thank you for reading all this.

Well, talking about experience and strengths, I had experience in other community (game) but I'll tell it shortly after this question. Now talking about strengths, I can last without sleep 13 hours and I've got good enough latop to handle anything that might happen in-game. I carefully read all the rules and will help players follow them.

Well my most memorable experience was in one of ER:LC servers with 3 thousand members. I was Head Staff Management in it. My responsibility was to check up the junior staff and make sure they don't do anything wrong.

How would you handle a conflict between two community members?

Well first of all, when I teleport to the Mountain Interactive player I would rate out the situation. If it's bad I would interact in it. If it's nothing ACTUALLY serious I would just look up for them so there wouldn't be any rule breaking. If it's something serious I would listen out both users and rate out situation. If I found one of the users guilty I would cuff/jail him and warn/kick/ban him ( based on crime he did. )

Well, I never really had to deal with one. There was once a drama in ERLC server named NYCRP. I was Head corporate officer and there was drama between junior corporates. First 3 minutes I was watching it out but then I interrupted two Juniors. I asked them what they were arguing about, when I got their answers I analyzed the situation, it was bad. After short wile I time outed both of them for a certain amount of time for causing too much drama in social place.

If mod calls are raining like rain that means one. I gotta look out for most important ones or request more staff.

Kindness, trust, strictness: that's what I think is most powerful and most important an Mountain Interactive Staff member shall have. No matter who he is, a bad guy, a good guy. Everyone has these 3 things.

As I stated before I would help them. Most of new players don't understand how everything works. I will be there to explain them!
