Give us an Incident Description: I was at a shots fired call as a civilian. The officers on scene asked me to leave the scene and I abided by their commands. As I was leaving I was talking back and they were chasing me with guns and handcuffs after I already started to leave the scene. The officer that I proceed to report cuff snipes me from across the parking lot. {i have a clip of it} proceeds to arrest me, then takes me to PD booking. He doesn't have a single clue how to book or process an inmate into the system! he starts to asking for my id instead of searching me and taking it from my inventory. Then he proceeds to type in all caps "ID" getting mad in this situation that I wasn't giving him my ID while I'm handcuffed behind my back and I can't grab nothing from my inventory well detained. Then a couple moments later he proceeds to taze me out of frustration of me not handing him my ID, he proceeds to aim his firearm at me, then proceeds to throw me in a jail cell not booked, not charged for about like 20 minutes because he's struggling to book a prisoner. After finally processing me he still had me grabbed so after my time was up,I spawned on top of him and had to relog 'cause he didn't know how to fix it and got put back in jail for 5 minutes because of cuff voiding.
