Hey @rodri , sorry for the late response. I will try and get the accounts ID.

Sadly I do not have the ID for the bloxlink alt account that was connected, I think the user is waffles or smth.

Unfortunately, we’re gonna need the ID to the account to get further information, otherwise we cannot help you.
