Ban Reason: NITRP, RDM
Why I Should Be Unbanned: The staff member accused me of NITRP and RDM which I did not commit at all. He also in the ban note did not give any clips and only used kill logs for the evidence which has no evidence. I got banned for this scene right here In the clip. The cop came out randomly and started to shoot me. So then I got my gun out and started to shoot back. This is not considered RDM cause he started shooting first then I shot back. I feel like the Staff was biased and just wanted me to get banned. In the clip you can see 2 RPD officers shooting my car because I stole a CHP’s car. Which is not a valid reason to shoot / try to kill me. So then I shot back killing one of the officers. After I ran because I was afraid of my life and did not want to get killed which was roleplayed. The entire scene was roleplayed.

Reason: The Staff member did provide a proper clip for the RDM, it however was not linked properly. You can find the proper clip here: https://medal.tv/games/roblox/clips/jlR9YvEjRaqKekMQG?invite=cr-MSxKRU0sMzE4Mjk1NjIwLA Along with that, you were also placed on a One Strike Policy on 12/22/2024 (December 22nd) that was set to expire on 1/21/25 (January 21st). You violated this OSP twice by GTA Driving on 12/24/24 and then the RDM in question on 12/25/24.
