Hello Rxdemonio, I think I have a solution for your situation. Right now, you have purchased a custom car, and you’re a platinum member. When you join Perris, CA, and if you look at the bottom left of your screen, you see a few colored buttons that you may click to access different things. When you click the reddish colored button with a white car icon at the bottom left, you will see a popup menu that has plenty of cars addressed to your subscription. Scroll down until you see the car name after the exact description of the vehicle you had purchased. Hope this helps, Happy Holidays!

Sorry for this issue you’re having, I have a few solutions for you to fix this issue possibly. If they don’t work please notify me and I’ll get back.

Best solution⬇️

Solution #1: Check to make sure your “Roblox” and “Discord” accounts are connected to your MI account on the website. (This ensures that your data is transferring towards the game for your use)

Weak Solution⬇️

Solution #2: Ensure you’ve purchased these perks and have it towards your account name. (To check this, go to your account settings and if any of these sections come up, go to any order related sections.)

If these solutions don’t work, please get back to me, and with a more descriptive problem. If not needed, please contact a staff member.

I’m sorry to hear that, I don’t have any other solutions in head right now. I would advise that you open a ticket, or call in a staff member in game. Please make sure you completed the “Solution #1” in case that could fix the problems. Wish you good luck with the issue and a Merry Christmas!
