No(Yes/No)If yes, please provide the name of the staff member who referred you:ExperienceHave you completed 4 weeks of trial moderation experience? No(Yes/No)Provide evidence of your trial moderation experience (links, screenshots, logs, etc.):Moderation HistoryDo you have any active warnings or bans within the past 6 months? Yes(Yes/No)Have you ever been permanently banned? Yes(Yes/No)If you answered "Yes" to any of the above, please explain: So one time I got banned in Perris (this was last year I think) because I RDMed someone. I was in SRU team and responding to a shots fired call at the civilian spawn ( Gas Station). There were many shooters so I couldn’t recognized all shooters and then I accidently shot a civilian who just spawned. I didn’t notice first but after I got banned I saw the clip. One time I also got banned because I was glitching in LA. This was my first ban after a long time. I was in a cell and got arrested and thought it’d be funny to glitch out so I did it and the mod was literally standing in front of me. I was very stupid and really regret that. I got unbanned again after I appealed it and now I am on OSP. And then I got permamently banned again for V-TOS because I said “puts hands in his pants” but I actually meant that I was about to get my gun from my pants I just wrote it weird. It was a misunderstanding and I got unbanned again. So I just wanted to say that I changed. The glitching was stupid and I instantly regret it and learned from it and the perris thing wasn’t to be honest on purpose since I shot the wrong one, and the V-TOS was also a misunderstanding. I really respect the MI/Roblox rules and I would never break them on purpose. I’ve changed and although I got such a bad history I think I could still be a good moderator.Additional QuestionsWhy do you want to join the Mountain Interactive Staff Team?I would like to share my achievements and knowledge with others. I want to show that I am here for my community and always ready to help. I want people to feel comfortable coming to me and asking for assistance. As a moderator, they would recognize me more easily and know that I am there to support them. I also want to make a difference. I want to help you and contribute to the growth and well-being of the community. I would always be there for my friends, colleagues, family, and neighbors, never leaving them behind. As a moderator, I would have the strength and responsibility to do that effectively. Being just a normal player might not make me as visible as a helper and friend. I believe that being a moderator would give me the platform to make a real impact and inspire others to do the same. I am committed to fairness, teamwork, and creating a safe and welcoming space where everyone can thrive. What skills or qualities do you have that would make you a valuable member of the staff team?I get along well with other people and can put myself in their situation. I can show compassion and am a good listener. I always listen to our community and listen to their opinions. I would never show disrespect because I want them to know that I am there for them. I'm good at resolving conflicts and since I see that a lot of conflicts arise in the game, I could finally do something.Have you been involved in any other communities or teams? If so, please list them and describe your role:I used to be a moderator in ER:LC servers because I didn't know MI yet. They were German and unknown servers and I don't remember the names. I was once an admin, deputy project manager and moderator. At the moment I am not a moderator anywhere as my goal is to become one in MI.How would you handle a conflict between two community members? The first thing I would do is go to them and ask what's going on. I would tell them that I am here now and can help them. I would explain that I am a Moderator and am there to help with conflicts and that they can trust me. If they trust me, I would ask what's going on and why they're arguing. I would show compassion but be neutral and not support anyone. If I heard what happened from both sides, I would also ask for evidence so that I can have a better view of what happened. Once I have looked at the evidence and know exactly what happened, I would ask both of them what they want to do, i.e. whether they get along or something. It also depends on what exactly happened. If they had an argument because one of them was insulted, I would give the person a warning and tell them that that wasn't okay. But you shouldn't just punish someone because they also need to know what they did wrong and what their mistake was and what they can do better.Describe a time you had to solve a difficult problem in a leadership or team role:So I have an MI organization (Security Services | Safety for everyone) and my assistant leader resigned. I begged him to come back because I really needed him and everyone liked him. I was afraid that everyone else would resign too, so I made an announcement that I will probably dissolve the organization. Making this decision was really hard for me because I loved having the organization and being the leader. My colleagues talked to me and said that I shouldn't dissolve the organization because some people worked a lot to get this position. I then decided to lead the organization without an assistant leader and until today everything is still going well and we have a new assistant leader. How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple responsibilities?I’m so sorry! I did not understand this question. I would be very happy if you explain it again so I can still give an answer. I am verry sorry, Ladies and Gentlemans! What do you think is the most important value for a Mountain Interactive Staff member to uphold, and why?In my opinion the most important thing is loyalty and being able to be trusted. Mountain Interactive is a large community and it is important that every staff member sticks together. Not every high rank can keep every single mod on their radar. If someone abuses his rights and no one notices then Mountain Interactive could lose their trust in us. That's why I think every moderator have to be loyal and being able to be trusted. How would you support and encourage new members of the community?I would welcome him/her warmly and tell him/her who I am. I would tell her/him that I am always there and that she/he can always come to me and ask for help. I would show that I can be trusted so that she/he feels more comfortable and explain to her/him how our Discord server works or how the game works. I would also tell her/him how our Mountain Interactive website works and show her/him cool feautures. I would always be there for her/him and would always help her/him.What are your long-term goals, and how does being part of Mountain Interactive align with them?My goals are that we have less conflict and the community is happy. Unfortunately, this is sometimes impossible because there are always people who are not very satisfied. But that would be my goal. As a moderator, it would also be easier for me to achieve my goal because I would have then certain rights and these rights could maybe help me to achieve my goals. Are there any areas within the community you feel need improvement? If so, what ideas do you have to address them?I think everything is good at the moment. There may be a few development things that need to be improved, but I'm happy with the moderator/staff areas. Mountain Interactive is a big and beautiful community and I'm happy every day to be a part of it. I've been here for more than a year and to this day I still don't regret entering Mountain Interactive.
