  1. Didn’t meet word requirement but good intent.

  2. Having activity is good, roleplaying correctly isn’t all there is to being staff. It’s a lot of working under pressure and being able to maintain a positive figure and mental capacity whilst dealing with multiple things at once.

  3. Without any prior experience it’s a lot to take on a position in a community this big. I’d recommend starting off with ER:LC servers or something less demanding.

  4. A good strategy, but I’d recommend having more detail and explaining what you would do if this method didn’t work out or if it was a different problem.

  5. I’d say this is a good place to start for a leadership role, making sure people that don’t know what they’re doing get the help they need.

  6. Question asked for an explanation, I’d recommend saying how you would do both of those things you listed.

  7. Good choices, but the question asked for reasoning or examples why you believe these to be important.

  8. Good idea.

  9. How will Mountain Interactive help you achieve these goals?

  10. Glad you feel there’s nothing this community could achieve better.

Overall a good candidate, just could use more work on the application and get some experience with moderation.

Not much detail in the application at all, and you haven’t really answered most of the questions basically just skipping over the ones that you might of not liked or didn’t want to write up.
