Why I Should Be Unbanned:
I understand why I was banned. Though, I don’t think it was completely fair. “Third Offense” seems a little harsh, I have had 3 offenses over the span of ~1 year.
Today I made a mistake of identity. I was being pursued by two LAPD SUVs and a black unmarked truck, which i believed at the time to be a US Marshal.
I crash, hop off my bike on foot and open fire with my SIG at the first pursuing officer’s vehicle, striking and killing him and his partner. Secondly, I take cover behind their cruiser and reload as the black pickup truck pulls up beside me on the opposite side of the cruiser. I shot the pickup truck once blindly as I go around the cruiser; I didn’t know at the time that it was in fact the “us marshal truck” that was following the chase was a civilian pickup truck until after I shot, once, killing both the driver and passenger. I understand my lapse of judgement and horrible call under the pressure; but it was not intentional whatsoever.
If the victim is reading this; as i stated before, i’m sorry for my actions and lapse of judgement. Have a holly jolly christmas.
