  3. Have you been involved in any other communities or teams? If so, please list them and describe your role:
Yes, I have been involved in several communities and teams that have allowed me to develop valuable skills and contribute meaningfully. My Position is 11 | Administrative Assistant and my Responsibilities As a Administrative Assistant was for overseeing discussions, enforcing community guidelines, and addressing player concerns. I facilitated communication between members and the administration team, ensuring that feedback was heard and acted upon.

  4. How would you handle a conflict between two community members?
I would start with a private conversation with every party in the conflict. During this, I will ask open-ended questions regarding their feelings and perceptions about the other party, what the situation is all about, and everything else that concerns them. This step is very critical in the process of getting all the relevant information to have a full picture of the conflict.

  5. Describe a time you had to solve a difficult problem in a leadership or team role:
After discussing the situation, we decided to bring in a substitute player who had previously trained with us. I reached out to them immediately to see if they were available and willing to step in. Fortunately, they were eager to join us.

  6. How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple responsibilities?
I keep my workspace and digital files neat to avoid mess and distractions. This helps me concentrate and work well while completing tasks. I also set limits on interruptions during work time, such as turning off notifications or using "do not disturb" settings. These time-management strategies allow me to handle different tasks more effectively, ensuring that I meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work in all my duties. This organized method not only improves my productivity but also reduces stress and helps me have a more manageable workload.

  7. What do you think is the most important value for a Mountain Interactive Staff member to uphold, and why?
It creates trust between staff and players when the staff involves themselves with the community. When staff can listen to player feedback, deal with concerns, and hold important talks, it makes the players feel a sense of belonging. Players will appreciate and feel respect, thus enjoying better experiences and remaining loyal to the community.

  8. How would you support and encourage new members of the community?
I would ensure that new members receive a warm welcome message, either through a dedicated welcome channel or a direct message. This message would include a brief introduction to the community, its values, and an invitation to introduce themselves. A friendly tone can make a significant difference in how new members perceive the community.

  9. What are your long-term goals, and how does being part of Mountain Interactive align with them?
my long-term goals of professional development, community building, networking, event planning, and contributing to a positive legacy align seamlessly with the mission and values of Mountain Interactive. Being part of Mountain Interactive would not only support my aspirations but also allow me to make a meaningful difference in the gaming community.

  10. Are there any areas within the community you feel need improvement? If so, what ideas do you have to address them?
By working on those areas for improvement with definitive plans, the community as a whole will be better for everyone. Building a friendly, engaging, and welcoming place is not only going to attract new members but also retain the existing ones, which will grow into a vibrant and successful community. I am very excited by the opportunity to work with the team and put these ideas into practice to make a good difference

Minor grammar mistakes at certain areas, should of taken time to re-read over what you wrote and double check for spelling and grammar mistakes such as full stops, commas and anything else.

I do also agree with 5xatz that the quote he pulled out felt AI-ish.
