Additional Questions

  1. Why do you want to join the Mountain Interactive Staff Team? I would like to join the Mountain Interactive Staff team to put my skills, and teamwork abilities to the test. Not only that, I would like to help out my fellow community within Mountain Interactive, and enforce rules and regulations. Not only that, but I’d also like to join because I believe I would make a good fit for the team. If I were to join I would do the best of capabilities to enforce rules, help out my community, all while maintaining a fair roleplay. I believe me joining will help benefit the community, and players within the group.

  2. What skills or qualities do you have that would make you a valuable member of the staff team?: I have well-based communication skills, and good accountability, I take responsibility when I’m wrong to whoever it is, new players, staff team, or even the owner. Along with that, I’m extremely respectful and mature. I believe my maturity will go a long way as an staff member which will help benefit stressful situations, Not only that I remain calm and collected no matter what I have to deal with as an staff member, fustrated or not. I believe to see the good in the bad, and see the bad in the good, which will help me deal with tough situations and see both perspectives in an situation.

Include specific examples of your strengths, experience, or personal traits that align with our mission.

Specific examples of my strengths: I’ve been a staff member on many different platforms, FiveM, Roblox, etc. And during my time as an staff member in a FiveM server I was dealing with massive FailRP. Though I had to deal with this stressful situation (it was multiple people at once) I remained calm and collective like I stated before “Not only that I remain calm and collected no matter what I have to deal with as an staff member,”. Along with that, I helped both players and told them what they did wrong in a respectful manner, and stated I didn’t want to punish them as they didn’t know. This leads back to my skill, respectfulness and seeing the good in the bad. I remained respectful, and saw the good in the bad. I saw a player trying to have fun, and didn’t understand the rules so which I decided to help them remaining calm, respectful, and seeing the good in the bad.

  3. Have you been involved in any other communities or teams? If so, please list them and describe your role: Correct, I have been involved in many communities. I have worked with mostly Military Groups on roblox, and was an moderator in Jetro’s British Army. (Biggest Community I’ve Worked With). Along with that, I have been mostly apart of FiveM staff teams. I have learned many good things from both my ROBLOX Communities and FiveM communities. I believe if I put these together I will make an excellent staff member having experience from all different genre’s and communities.

  4. How would you handle a conflict between two community members?: First, I’d remain calm and collected then which talk to both privately, While doing so I’d get both sides of the story’s. Afterwards, I would come together with both conflict’s and build an resolution to this conflict. In this case, I’d also let them both say there side of the story, and not jump to conclusions or fast ideas on who is wrong. After gathering all the stories, I would tell both to stay calm, and then would lead them to check the community rules, and build a resolution for both members and tell them we cannot be having this as it could potentially lead to further punishment down the road.

  5. Describe a time you had to solve a difficult problem in a leadership or team role: I was dealing with Mass RDM (Random Deathmatch), when dealing with this I was fustrated as my community around me was getting upset; and the staff team. Which I do not like to see, I tried to remain calm and collect evidence as this was reported, not seen by me. Though what was fustrating is nobody had evidence, it was just “He did this!” “No, He did!”. This was difficult for me, and I wasn’t being a leader because I kept getting fustrated and was jumping to conclusions. Which I have learned from, and take accountability.
Share details about the situation, the actions you took, and the outcome of your efforts.

I reported it to a more experienced staff member, and then which asked for advice. He then told me to warn both players, as there was no evidence. Though I was fustrated, I tried remaining calm with both palyers and understanding both sides of there stories.

  6. How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple responsibilities?

I take notes on what has to be done, which then I make a chart and check off everything I need to do. Multi-tasking for me is somewhat easy, as I space out stuff in my day to get whatever I need to done. I remain calm, and collected and do not get fustrated with peers around me, I stick to the plan and remain an “Keep going, don’t give up” Attitude which I believe every staff member should have.

  7. What do you think is the most important value for a Mountain Interactive Staff member to uphold, and why? In my opinion, the most important value for Mountain Interactive Staff is respect. Rewspect can go a lon g way, I believe respect is an crucial aspect for an staff member as they need to remain respectful no matter what is happening, no matter how stressed. Respect earns us respect, which goes to treat others how we wanna be treated. As an staff member, you need to be able to respect others opinions, beliefs, sexuality, races and never judge. Which to do this, you need respect. Without, you will be doubted and not liked. Staff members should all have a respectful attitude as they are face of the community.

  8. How would you support and encourage new members of the community? For the community, I would welcome them and give off a very friendly vibe/energy. I would help them with what they need, and treat them with respect and understand they are new. Which if this means going over rules with them, I would greatly do that and if explaining stuff is neccesary or helping them I would take responsibilty and do it.

  9. What are your long-term goals, and how does being part of Mountain Interactive align with them?
Share your aspirations and how this role fits into your personal or professional growth. My long term goal is to be a behavior specialist, me being a behavior speciliast will require multiple skills, which being a staff member here at MI can lead me there. As an staff member, you will deal with fustrating situations and encounter disrespectful players which will help me with my long term goal, being a behavior specilast. I will encounter situations I do not wanna deal with, or situations I have to be there and support them which I will face in the real world as well.

  10. Are there any areas within the community you feel need improvement? If so, what ideas do you have to address them? I love the community as it is, nope!

+1 it seems well written and provides detailed answers to the questions asked but could use a little more work
