One including MI. I was banned by ash and given another chance back at MI. VDM - I was very laggy and ran over RPD. And there was a clip from it. And I appealed im on OSP. GL - Was messing around at a staff sit. My friend got jailed and i glitched into his box. And i got banned for GL. - V-OSP shot a guy in the face for calling me a bad driver. RDM, GTA-D - Forgot what happened with this one. M-RDM - False ban. I shot a guy at civ spawn bc he pulled a gun. - NLR + RDM + NITRP Stood in a bush died then came back and kil - SK & RDM along time ago and i forgot what happened. - FRP x1, GL x1 (PT) pulled out a beanbag and shot a guy. And i was driving a car with a walker.

1. Why do you want to join the Mountain Interactive Staff Team?
   (Minimum 150 words) I want to join for teamwork, and dedication to creating a positive experience for users align perfectly with the goals of the team alongside that I like helping new staff members like me and I am a very hard worker additionally I can follow simple instructions, I will bring kindness, Respectfulness, helpfulness to the mountain interactive community. I see my self in the future becoming an admin for the Mi community. I see myself as an admin creating new experiences and community’s, and creations for players at Mi, And out of MI. I will also bring other types of good things over to this community. Skill, Protections, ETC

2. What skills or qualities do you have that would make you a valuable member of the staff team?
   I can follow instructions I have a massive amount of free time and I know the rules with this set of combined skills I'm really good with communicating with people and a great problem solver

   FSP - H- Admin FRC - H mod.

4. How would you handle a conflict between two community members?
   In case there is any misunderstanding that two people in the community have, the first thing I would tell them is to think about it and stop. In this type of cases, I would approach the two parties and get there side of the story. If one of the parties is rude especially when the other has not offended then I would tell them in advance to tone down. However in case where the conflict is serious or becomes severe then I would proceed to punish according to the level of the infraction as provided by the community standards.

5. Describe a time you had to solve a difficult problem in a leadership or team role:
   Since filing of documents, computation of various counts and attending to different issues were part of my duties, multitasking was frequent in my line of duty. Of course, one of the specifics which caused difficulties was the task of making certain I did not get banned while performing these tasks. Also, I had to combine my responsibilities with other tasks, for instance, playing games. In many of these scenes, I demonstrated professionalism by being polite, courteous and very professional. Sometimes I had to look for help in order to make sure all the tasks were done properly.
   How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple responsibilities?
   There is nothing wrong in handling multiple responsibilities when working because I know how to work under pressure and analyze the task first. I pay attention to what has to be achieved/ what has to be accomplished and supporting others with good demeanor. Regardless of whether one is wrong, I will take my time and work with him/ her to sort out the problems. This way I am also able to remain very calm and very focused hence completing all the tasks within the shortest time possible.

6. What do you think is the most important value for a Mountain Interactive Staff member to uphold, and why?
   I feel that it is to keep the community clean of bad people. Protect players. Help player. Etc. Because of there kind and respectfulness

7. How would you support and encourage new members of the community?
   Tell them if they need any help contact me or HR, And contact anyone else. And if I’m not available I would tell them to contact someone else. ill try to make sure they have an wonderful experience I the MI community and make sure they feel welcomed.

   To help players, Achieve goals, Work up for a higher rank, Work with team, Help MI and its problems, And other types of things that will

+1 Despite his numerous encounters with staff members and a long history, I believe he deserves a chance. He appears to be approachable and could be a valuable addition to the team. He is capable of dedicating the time and effort required to be an effective moderator. and he is well aware of the set community guidelines.
