1. Why do you want to join the Mountain Interactive Staff Team?
   I want to become a staff member due to the fact that upon being in the game itself that I’ve experienced a lot of failrp and the fact that there is not very many active staff members at most hours of the night or day. I want to provide the time and resources to sufficiently improve the game and members so that they’ll see the change that the staff team is willing to take to make everyone enjoy the aspect of the roleplay that most people want to provide.

2. What skills or qualities do you have that would make you a valuable member of the staff team?
   I am a very great team leader, I can provid etiquette for taking situations under control in a friendly yet firm manner and mindset. I’ve always been the type to be calm and respectful upon all members and not cause more of a problem.

3. Have you been involved in any other communities or teams? If so, please list them and describe your role:
   First Responder Roleplay, Staff Team Lead Admin before they had shut down, They shut down due to corruption of Ownership.

4. How would you handle a conflict between two community members?
   I’d separate both communtiy members and get each side and come to a mutual understanding of each others problems and resolve it in the appropriate way.

5. Describe a time you had to solve a difficult problem in a leadership or team role:
   I’ve had to deal with a problem of a staff member stealing assets from the community that was brought to my attention by a regular member and I had to suspend the staff member due to the situation and had to fully fire the subject from the staff team and permanently ban them from the community.

6. How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple responsibilities?
   I’d take the tasks that are entirely most important and handle them as quickly and efficiently as possible and after they are done from there I would work on the least important tasks and work them throughout my time as well as moderating the server.

7. What do you think is the most important value for a Mountain Interactive Staff member to uphold, and why?
   Being respectful and understanding for each member for the fact that they have opinions about situations and that some people don’t comprehend some things as others so it’s best to educate them than punish for a first offense.

8. How would you support and encourage new members of the community?
   I would simply invite them to a voice chat where I can provide detailed information about the server and the staff team and inform them on each staff members role weather its server staff, discord staff, development, internal affairs, and leadership.

9. What are your long-term goals, and how does being part of Mountain Interactive align with them?
   I want to achieve the rank of Administrator of Mountain Interactive and show what I can do and later on help the new team members get a better understanding of how things work and how we have ways of doing it.

    I feel as there should be set rules stating more indept about the constant failrp and encourage everyone who can to record if their PC/Laptop can run it.

Nice application, Only issues were that there was no evidence provided for your previous moderation experience section and that you could of probably expanded and added a bit more to some of the questions, as it felt short.
