Give us an Incident Description: I killed him previously for attempting to kill us with a SMG Thompson, because he started shooting it semi-auto at us, and the bullets hitting my bulletproof vest. I shot him and killed him, but only 2 minutes after, he comes back violating NLR, he shouldn’t remember me, and then proceeds to shoot me in the head while I am trying to do an arrest.
