So, basically, I went to the gun store to buy a gun and it was closed, I went to return to my car but an officer stops me and tells me I looked like I wanted to hurt someone which I believe is profiling, he then asks for my id and I refuse to provide it because it's unlawful and he has no reasonable suspicion to ask for it. He left it at that but then another officer shows up, username "evilrapgenius5541" and talks about a moment that happened earlier, he then asks for my ID and I try to explain the situation but instead of listening he pepper sprays me, tasers me, arrests me without even bothering to say cuffs (baring in mind he gave no prior warnings e.g. "show me your id or I'll place you under arrest" he just proceeds to do that. I ask for a supervisor and then he tells me he has the right to refuse that request (he doesn't, not in this case anyway) so then I ask him why am I being arrested, instead of telling me a specific law he says "crimes", so anyway we arrive at the station for booking and then he tells me to hand over my ID and maybe he'll let me go, so I do. He proceeds to book me anyway and then adds on a bunch of random charges that weren't true (he specifically said he was arresting me for refusing to hand ID, which shouldn't have been a thing but he did, however he added on the extra charges which annoyed me). The total amount of charges he added left me spending 1000 minutes (16hours) In jail, which I don't find realistic at all. Then, when I tell him that I'm gonna report him, he proceeds to RDM me and then he keeps doing it multiple times, I have multiple clips proving all of this, so many so that they might not even all fit in. That's my evidence. The rules I think he broke here would be; cuff rush obviously, rdm, abuse of tools and force and maybe fail roleplay I think. Evidence can be found below. Also, just to say he so clearly clicked random convictions "refusing to evacuate during public emergency", there was never one..
