so around yesterday someone on the radio reported someone under the name KINGVON10 which he was banned for 2 days For Ban ID 61408 | https://discord.com/channels/902369439545180180/1054099159810060289/1320184182961606656 for RDM and TA, today same story rogue RSCO tracked him tried to arrested him, ran tried to kill me admitted to alting, and IP changing to avoid bans, claims he will “ keep making alts” ended with FBI trying to cuff him being uncuffed killed multiple RSCO FBI came back chased him AGAIN and left
What rules / offences did the player break: TK, RDM, ban evading, TA, alting and prob more im forgetting.

How long do you think the player be punished for: permanently, with a IP ban.

Time of Occurrence: 8:30-9:15 pm western time 12/22/2024
Additional members involved/witnessing: 

don’t remember theyre names but the RPD, RSCO, and FBI witness.
