I hope you can accept my appeal to the punishment as I explain my side of the situation. I know that the situation that lead to my discipline was serious, and I am not trying to shift the blame for my actions. During that situation, I made some immature decisions that I know caused problems for the group, and although I do not think the issues were as serious as some of the others in the group thought, I do understand that I had the in group decision making power to cause problems. I clearly understand that I should have had more knowledge of the group rules in the situation. I am sorry to the staff team and the other members affected by my behavior because I did not have the purpose to cause disruption and disrespect to the other members of the group. I understand that I had the core behavior problems in the situation and caused problems to other members. I have the sincere hope that I have helped change my behavior to the proper needs of the situation to be respectful, constructive, and alter constructive problems that cause core behavior issues. I can honestly say that the punishment caused me to see the need to think and take rules seriously. I understand the discipline, responsibility, and importance of remaining in self control. I am grateful for the opportunity of the punishment.
I want staff members to know that I am open to receiving their comments, corrections, and guiding me, so I won't have the same mistakes in the future. I am truly of the full right that everyone gets in the same way also that giving and receiving feedback from other staff members in order to try to improve the same mistakes in the future.
