Incident Description*:

I just join the game, i went to get some fuel for my car than he GTA crash his VHP car than came up to me and said "yo". so i just "?" than he tackel me and grab me and cuff me for nothing and said "bc black" for reason. than he process to tow my car and bring me to the station and put every charge that the game have. (i can't even see how long im in there for and when im getting out). than say "lol" and shoot me to death because he on VHP.
