V-Tos Ban Appeal

I just wanna ask if I'm allowed to make a V-Tos Ban Appeal. In my opinion, what I did wasn’t that serious, and I wanna redo my ban appeal, however Im not sure if V tos is unbannable or not, and I just wanna ask here to make sure I can, as I can't find V-tos not being able to be appealed in this rule. "STOP: IF YOU WERE BANNED FOR EXPLOITING, CHEATING, GLITCHING, ERP, OR AD (ADMIN DISC.) YOUR BAN CANNOT BE APPEALED. IT WILL BE REJECTED. "
