Project ventura VBI abuse

I was assisting a vhp in a traffic stop, someone parked illegally on a red curb, he refuses to give ID and says "How is it illegal? wheres the sign?" He arrests the vbi and the vbi LTAAS. He arrests another FCPD. I dont let him leave, VBI supervisor arrives and tries to do something but cant. I dont let VBI leave and he arrests me. Calls me rouge. Let me go later. Unacceptable.
