What Happened? I was banned for having an alt account linked via email to my main account

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
Here i made an honest mistake, When reading the terms and conditions of React Studios/Mountain Interactive I did not see that having alt accounts linked via email was bannable and therefore foolishly did not unlink it before starting the game, In total i played Project Ventura for around 3 months and not once did i use this alt account to log onto the game nor would i ever. In summary i believe i should be unbanned as i was a good player who enjoyed rp'ing and wouldn't go against your rules purposefully, this was just an accident end, I had no clue that having another account linked to my email would do this and therefore i would like to request that i am given a second chance, thankyou.
