Why I Should Be Unbanned: I think this can be considered as a false ban because during this time, the person who reported me ran me over as I was attempting to place in cones. We were attempting to stop traffic or at least divert it with it because my partner was collecting evidence as result of an MVA/incident that resulted in people dying. They despawned, but you can clearly see that we were in the middle of the road. I was in third person and facing another direction so I didn’t see the van that was coming toward me. As a result, I got smashed into which I believe I myself could technically report it as a VDM(?). Regardless, I was ran over and I took out my pistol in self-defense, especially since I thought it was a pursuit that was ongoing + they were felony speeding (as seen in their clip.)
