Greetings, I'd like to report this staff member due to the fact of falsely punishing me and falsely providing me with a warning. I will explain the situation first. I was heading towards SP as a SBI Agent and then I had noticed a FD unit with a civilian on their stretcher tilted to the side glitched into the ground. They were crossing a street endangering themselfes. The civilian (grandpa) had stated "EXPLOITER" making me believe that the FD unit was a exploiter, abuser or glitcher as the stretcher was also tilted. I had then stepped out of my vehicle attempting to first unglitch both of them as they were glitched on the ground and afterwards put the FD unit in the back of my vehicle to question them what they were doing. Before being able to do that peacefully though the civilian had started punching me showing no indications of any injuries therefore I believe the stretcher was not necessary to be used by the FD unit. Afterwards the civilian that had punched me was detained and put in my vehicle. The FD unit had stated that they were heading towards their vehicle which was apparently at "target" when they were not heading towards target but SP where I had also seen no FD vehicle. I had then released the FD unit as they had done nothing wrong after concluding my investigation but keeping the civilian detained as they had punched me. They were also provided with medical treatment afterwards as they had requested for medical attention. After the situation had occured maybe a hour later I am quite unsure I was teleported by a moderator and I had explained my side of the story. The moderator then listened to the reporters side and had then reviewed the footage. After not consulting with me rather just making his decision they had warned me for "TA" for just cuffing them when there was obvious reason to be cuffing the individual given the circumstances. The FD unit was also released and no charges were pressed as I had figured that the FD unit was not doing anything wrong even though that they were lying to me and glitched apparently. I was very upset once the moderator had warned me and had hoped for a better outcome that the moderator could've understood my side as I believe I have done nothing wrong and acted correctly.
