I am taking an oath to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.
On 11/11/25, I was on Oleander Road in Project Ventura when I saw a black Hellcat at a house. I parked down the road on the curb, facing west toward the house, which is on the northbound side of the street. I then walked up toward the location.
While walking, I saw a bacon-hair individual in a black van parked at the house across from the house with the black Hellcat. The occupant got out, approached me I simbathagodxx who was now standing on the property of the house with the black Hellcat, informed me that someone was growing inside the garage. He told me to kick the door down.
I told the bacon hair, and I quote, “Hell nah, I'm not tryna die.” He then said, “Let’s go kick it together,” to which I agreed. The bacon hair kicked the door open, and we ran in different directions. I ran to the other side of the house and hid.
The person in the garage fixed the kicked-in door and closed it again. When I saw that the door to the garage was now closed, I went to the front of the house and began kicking the front door. While I was kicking the front door, the person in the garage opened fire from inside, apparently believing I was trying to kick down the garage door.
I then moved to the front of the garage on the driveway and used a boombox to play a sound that said, “This is the police. Come out with your hands up.” I played this sound three times in total. No one came out of the garage.
After that, I drew my M1911, kicked the door in, and swung to the right, where I saw a male in the corner. I waited for half a second, and when he moved, I opened fire and took him down. I then went to get cops to come to the scene, but the male who was shot called for mods, turning it into a mod scene.
After a few minutes of waiting, the mods brought me in, jailed me, and informed me that I was being banned for RDM. I explained that I had played the “police” sound three times and had verified someone was inside the garage by kicking the door earlier, seeing it fixed and closed again, and then being fired upon from inside.
The male who was shot claimed I could not have known he was inside, even though he had fixed the kicked-in door and fired shots in an attempt to scare me off, which made me certain someone was inside. I told this to the mods, but because I did not have video evidence, I was banned for my actions.

I feel I should be unbanned as it was just simple miscommunication and failure to provide video evidence of my side of the incident and that while yes I should have not done that as in some points I'm in the wrong, I took matters into my own hands which I should not have done and just told the cops instead about the grow operation instead of kicking the door in and gunning him down but this has taught me to leave it up to other people and don't take matters into your own hands as you can face serious consequences for trying to take the law in your own hands, I feel I should be unbanned as I have learned from this incident and will not do this ever again as in the heat of the moment I thought I was in the right with everything I did to confirm someone was in the garage and I wish you take this appeal request into consideration and allow me to play Project Ventura once again and with that said I will cease my report here.
