Staff Member Who Banned You (optional) 04_3i Community Moderator. What Happened? happened today, I was on patrol and when I saw a vehicle running a red light and then make an illegal U-turn In front of the florence city bank so I pulled up behind his car to conduct a traffic stop.
The driver came out of the bank, so I told him to stop and get back in his vehicle so, we could handle the traffic stop properly right? He didn’t follow the command and kept asking me why I was stopping him. I told him it was for a traffic violation and that I’d explain everything once he got back in the car. That’s a standard and lawful order during a traffic stop.
Even after I told him to get back in his vehicle which is a LAWFUL ORDER he continued refusing to follow the lawful order. At that point, since he wasn’t complying at all, I placed him in cuffs, put him in the back of my patrol car, transported him to the milano sheriff station, and booked him for Failure to Comply with a Lawful Order. he was yapping a lot and talking OOC while transporting him but I don't remember what he was saying. and later I was banned for "NITRP AOP AOT" Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message)
Why Should You Be Unbanned? I should be unbanned because I didn’t break the rules I was banned for. I handled the situation the right way, and the only reason things escalated was because this guy refused to follow the lawful order. The ban looks like a misunderstanding of what actually happened, so I’m just asking for it to be reviewed and corrected. I honestly don’t know why the report was accepted when the clip didn’t even show the actual reason I stopped him. He cut out the part where he ran the red light and made the illegal U-turn. All he was going to get was a citation, but he chose to ignore every command, get himself arrested, and then try to claim it was a FRP or whatever. also he claimed I illegally searched his trunk and stole $12,000 and a chemical bag, but that is a completely lie. I didn’t take his money or steal anything, and I didn’t even search his car at all didn't even touch it. clearly making things up to get me banned. The x1 chemical bag was on him, so I seized it before booking him.
